Finally got to the register to buy a ticket and they said the movie that was posted online was cancelled. The ticket counter was not manned, You had to buy tickets at the snack counter wich was very confusing again because there were hand written sign indicating what line to buy tickets and what line to buy food. They had hand written pieces of paper showing movies being played. Upon entering the place, it was very dirty and unorganized. Went there last Sunday and very little parking due too parking lots still full of snow 5 days after last snow fall. I just think it ridiculous he didnt want to give me my money back at first the workers are very nice but that doesnt excuse the dirtiness of the place. Needless to say I got got my money back and let the kids watch the movie. And wasnt even in that theater and 2 why is this issue not being taken care of. for 1 why are you telling me this when I had no idea. why are you letting people sitting in that theater? The girl told me its usually theater three that has a leaky roof and the rope off the seat that it leaks on. With 7 kids(some were dropped off so I couldnt leave) And every seat in the theater was wet they said they had just been shampooed (after I had paid 57.50 and then went and ask why all the seats were wet).
This is by far the dirtiest theater Ive ever been too.
